Anthony “Tony” Brescol is a founding partner of Brescol & Janos, P.L.C., representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout Monroe County and the surrounding Southeast Michigan region. Since beginning his legal career in 2002, Tony has strived for practical, results-driven advocacy and a steady, professional presence both inside and outside the courtroom.

A Monroe County native, Tony brings a deep familiarity with the local courts and legal community to his practice. After earning his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, he began his career in Monroe, Michigan, where he developed broad experience handling a wide range of legal matters and courtroom proceedings.

As a firm owner, Tony maintains a hands-on, client-focused approach while overseeing the operations of a full-service practice. His experience spans a wide range of matters, and he has the ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity and efficiency.

Tony has remained actively involved in the legal community throughout his career. He has served in multiple leadership roles within the Monroe County Bar Association, including Treasurer, Vice President, and President. He also contributes his time to community-focused organizations, including Monroe County Senior Legal Services, where he has served in a leadership capacity.

Priding himself on his straightforward communication style and practical counsel. Tony is committed to helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions. His approach emphasizes preparation, responsiveness, and achieving results that align with his clients’ goals.
